Dynamic Works Syntellicore has announced the launch of a new integrated feature for Brokeree Prop Pulse, a system designed for account management in prop trading firms. This new feature aims to improve the process for brokers’ clients in selecting prop trading plans.
According to the company, the updated module allows clients to browse and choose from various prop trading plans directly within their client area. Once a selection is made, clients can proceed to complete the necessary deposit.
Dynamic Works Enhances User Experience With Automated Payment
Syntellicore reported that the payment process is automated, which includes deducting the prop trading fee and creating a corresponding trading account for the client. This newly created account is then linked to the selected prop trading challenge, enabling clients to start trading immediately.
Angelos Gregoriou, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Works, said this collaboration with Brokeree seamlessly integrates client prop trading onboarding. He also stated that it combines brokerage client onboarding into a unified process.
It also merges the client portal into a unified workflow within a single financial system. It centralizes client management in one Back Office/CRM, streamlining operations and enhancing client servicing.
One key feature of this update is the Single Sign-On (SSO) capability. This feature allows clients to access their prop trading accounts directly from the Syntellicore platform, eliminating the need to switch between different systems.
The integration aims to provide a more cohesive user experience for clients. The new feature also streamlines the selection process for trading plans, allowing clients to browse and select options with ease. By automating the deposit handling and fee deduction, the payment process becomes seamless.
Dynamic Works Secures Funding For Technological Upgrades
Trading accounts are created and linked to selected prop trading platforms right after payment, facilitating prompt trading opportunities for clients. Tatiana Pilipenko, Regional Head of Business Development for Asia, the UK, and the Americas at Brokeree emphasized the importance of seamless integration.
She said brokers must ensure seamless integration of all infrastructure components. This not only enhances operational efficiency but also provides a cohesive user experience.”
In addition, Dynamic Works has secured €1.5 million in funding from the Cyprus Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) DISRUPT Programme. As reported, the company also received a commitment from a regulated fund for an investment of €1 million, bringing the total equity raised to €2.5 million.
The press release shared indicated that the funds will be used for technological upgrades to Dynamic Works’ flagship product, Syntellicore, which is a CRM solution for financial services companies. The company plans to integrate mobile technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the CRM to enhance its capabilities further.
