Finalto has announced the launch of the Finalto Broker Handbook, a new guide designed to assist brokers in developing and sustaining successful retail brokerage businesses. The company said the Handbook covers crucial areas such as data management, compliance, marketing, and liquidity.

Moreover, working in the retail brokerage sector can be challenging because it is very competitive and has many strict rules. The guide points out that rules, customer needs, and marketing methods can be very different in each region.

Finalto Seeks To Empower Smaller Brokerages With Key Market Insights

The Broker Handbook is created to help brokers and their teams manage their businesses better. Andy Biggs, Finalto’s Group Head of Risk and Trading, pointed out that the Handbook is especially helpful for smaller companies trying to succeed in a tough market.

Andy Biggs noted that starting a successful business is hard without the same liquidity and technology big financial firms have. He added that it is also tough to keep a business going without the special resources those big firms use.

The Handbook shows how small, independent brokerages can get good services by teaming up with the right third-party providers. Finalto said the Handbook is more than a technical guide, it also gives useful tips on market strategies and building a strong brand.

One important chapter called ‘Marketing to a New Kind of Trader’ talks about understanding different market groups, building a brand identity, and setting a brand’s tone.

Finalto Wants To Offer Brokers High-Quality Tools Essential For Business Growth

The Handbook was created to help everyone in a brokerage team understand each other’s jobs better and to set clear company goals. Finalto’s special tools and services help brokers get the best tools and liquidity needed to grow their businesses.

Finalto has also announced its second senior management appointment in two weeks, naming Simon Ormrod as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This follows last week’s appointment of Pablo Quiroga Gomez as Chief Operating Officer in the UK at Finalto.

As Chief Financial Officer, Simon Ormrod will lead the global Finance team. He will take care of the company’s finances and help support its global growth plans. Finalto’s Group Chief Executive Officer, Matthew Maloney, said Ormrod’s experience and financial skills will bring valuable knowledge and energy to the team.

Simon Ormrod is a Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director with a lot of knowledge in Risk management, Governance, Regulation, Operations, and Finance. He has worked with global Fintech and financial companies, leading finance teams in different areas and managing tricky governance and regulation jobs.
