The Chief Risk Officer, Carina Kozole, who has been working closely with Stechele, will now take up his role in the company. Stechele has been in the financial sector before his stint with N26. He worked as the Chief Product Officer at digital lending firm Creditshelf AG from October 2019 to April 2022. Creditshelf has now rebranded to Teylor.

Stechele has also been a board member of the Digital Lending Association. He worked there for one year from 2021 to 2022. Before his stint there, he held several top management positions at Bayerische Landesbank. On a similar note, Mayur Kamat has been named the new Chief Product Officer at N26. Kamat has stints with several top companies in the tech and finance industry, including Binance, Microsoft, Google, and Agoda. He added that it has been a great experience working with its international and dynamic team and expanding the firm’s operations within the period he has been there.
