As a new month approaches, the crypto market presents the opportunity for savvy investors to scout for the next cryptocurrency to explode 2022.
We have reviewed some of the top coins with the potential to become the next big asset in the crypto market.
1. Lucky Block (LBLOCK)
First on our list of next cryptocurrency to explode 2022 is LBLOCK – the native token for the Lucy Block platform. Lucky Block is a blockchain-based gaming service that offers access to some of the best gambling titles in the world.
Lucky Block uses blockchain to promote transparency and fairness. The platform is open to all, allowing anyone to enjoy any of its titles. And, with the LBLOCK token, players can do away with traditional gaming tickets or vouchers.
Blockchain has been touted as a major boost to the online gaming industry, and Lucky Block is one of the platforms to watch.
Lucky Block launched LBLOCK in January 2022on POnacakeSwap -a top decentralized exchange. After launching for $0.0020, LBLOCK quickly gained massively and hit an all-time high of $0,0096 less than a month after.
Currently, LBLOCK trades at $0.0056. That’s a drop of 15% in the past 24 hours, but these drops are expected for a new coin. The asset is still over twice as valuable as when it was launched, so there’s a bright future for it.
And there could be even more growth on the way – LBLOCK is gearing up to be listed on FTX and Binance, and the Lucky Block app is expected to come in March – giving access to more players.
So, for investors who want to get on the ground floor of something promising, consider LBLOCK.
Decentraland is perhaps the best iteration of the metaverse in the crypto space. This play-to-earn game is currently all the rage right now, and there is a lot of excitement about its future.
But, even despite the possibility of playing a game, Decentraland is also looking attractive as a full-service entertainment platform. JPMorgan believes that the metaverse is a $1 trillion opportunity, and investors will want to get a piece of that for themselves.
Speaking of JPMorgan, the investment banking conglomerate became the first American bank in the metaverse in February. And, it chose Decentraland as the platform to host its offices. This is in addition to Decentraland being the first platform to host a wedding in the metaverse.
There are several other metaverse platforms making waves right now. But, Decentraland is undoubtedly in its solitary tier.
Its native token, MANA, is one of the next cryptocurrency to explode 2022. As Decentraland continues to grow, we expect to see exponential increases in its price.
FTT is another impressive addition to our list of next cryptocurrency to explode 2022. The asset is the exchange token for FTX – one of the world’s foremost and most popular crypto exchanges.
FTX has had nothing short of an astronomical year already. Even with the market downturn, the company has positioned itself for bigger gains down the line.
It all started with FTX’s foray into stock trading, which the President of its American division announced in January. Then in February, FTX and FTX.US both raised $400 million as they looked to scale their operations and expand.
Last week, FTX made another splash as it published job openings for software engineers to join its blockchain gaming unit. The new unit is expected to bring more game developers to the gaming ecosystem and incentivize players to use cryptocurrencies and nonfungible tokens (NFTs).
With FTX about to step into another huge space, we expect the company to show some real results.
Moving on, we have XRP. The asset is not a new face to crypto fans, with XRP acting as the standard for cross-border payments in the industry.
But, as we all know, XRP has had some dark times as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accused its developer – Ripple Labs – of securities fraud.
Ripple has been facing this suit for over a year now, and there have been several back-and-forth exchanges going on.
But, the blockchain company appears to have momentum right now. Last week, Ripple filed an opposition to the SEC’s motion for partial reconsideration and clarification of the judge’s DPP Ruling.
An attorney following the case called the filing perhaps the most damning so far, showing that Ripple is in a strong position to eke out a win here.
At the same time, Anthony Robert Hall – a former policy director at the SEC – recently said on a podcast that he does not see the merits to the agency’s case here.
With the agency not having so much direction on what it plans to prove, the case is in danger of being tossed.
For now, market participants will like to see how this one turns out. But, even the smart money won’t beet against Ripple.
Finally on our list of next cryptocurrency to explode 2022 is Tezos – a blockchain that’s been around for a while but never made so much noise until now.
In February, the Tezos blockchain signed a massive deal with Manchester United – one of the most popular names in world football. The deal – reported to be worth $27 million a year – will see Tezos’ logo displayed on all Man.
United training kits. Tezos has also been onboarded as the club’s official Web3 partner. It will help design fan engagement initiatives and guide the club into the exciting world of NFTs and more.
With Man. United’s main rivals – Manchester City – are also launching a version of their Etihad Stadium in the metaverse. It appears that both Manchester clubs are ready to take their rivalry into Web3. And, Tezos will have a major role to play in that.
