Governments Impede Growth & Opportunities

The information isn’t much of a surprise after the mounting evidence regarding Republican-led states throughout America. Since the fourth quarter of 2013, nine out of 10 of the highest performing states have been run by Republican governors. According to the data provided, North Dakota hits the top of the list.

Currently in the midst of oil-based success, North Dakota showed 8.4% growth within the last three months of 2013. It looks as though its success will continue, as the state leads the nation with outstanding financial results.

The Success of North Dakota’s Economy

In the year 2000, North Dakota was recognized as the 38th highest per capita income state in the nation. When 2008 rolled around, a year before oil began to significantly boost the finances within the state, North Dakota had risen to the 19th highest per capita income state. Last year, it fought its way to second place, and recent data has shown that it’s on track for that number one spot this year. And it does not matter how many irrational and anti-American movies Matt Damon makes based on faulty science and asinine thinking trying to degrade the wonderful invention of fracking.

Residents within North Dakota lead the nation in at least nine different economic variables. Surveys have found that the locals are the most satisfied in the country with their state and standard of living, as well as the improvements that have been made over time. The economy and the constant availability of good jobs throughout the state have put smiles on many peoples’ faces. Furthermore, the climate for starting a new business within North Dakota has never been better, opening up brand new opportunities for innovative entrepreneurs.

Fracking is a Godsend

Although North Dakota may be hitting the top of various state rankings as a result of its oil boom, that oil has opened the door for many other opportunities. The economy is just the starting point when it comes to satisfaction in North Dakota. The area also tops the rankings on six measures regarding the environment and public affairs.

North Dakota is Riding High

North Dakota is ranked highest in satisfaction regarding air quality and the best K-12 education. Furthermore, they are ranked at the top for the way their schools prepare students for the workforce, their trust in the government, and their judicial system.

With the success that North Dakota has been seeing so far, it’s no wonder that they’re feeling particularly loyal to their government―because it is limited and does not micromanage their life! The results beg the question of whether other states have something to learn from this Republican-led utopia.
