In line with assumptions of this plan, IMF projections assume Puerto Rico will lose federal funding for Affordable Care Act (ACA) starting 2018. Likewise, projections assume federal tax incentives, which were neutralizing the effects of Puerto Rico?s Act 154 on foreign companies, would not be available anymore, starting 2018, leading to additional revenue losses.
