The European Financial Management Association 2008 Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on June 25-28, 2008. The venue of conference has been fixed in Athens, Greece.

The principal objective of the 2008 annual meeting is to facilitate the exchange of ideas between the scholars and professionals in the field of financial management. The European Financial Management Association or EFMA together with the University of Athens is going to organize the European Financial Management Association 2008 Annual Meeting.

The conference is expected to promote new ideas and research areas in the domain of financial management. There will be open forum sessions along with parallel sessions. Renowned professors, research scholars, and established professionals from different corners of the world will take part in the interactive sessions of the conference. The organizing committee of the conference has encouraged paper submissions on various issues of finance with special focus on the European economies.

Prof. Michael Brennan, UCLA Anderson, Los Angeles & London Business School is going to act as the Keynote Speaker in the 2008 Annual Meeting of the European Financial Management Association. He will present a speech on "Equilibrium Returns".
