You can pay Lloyds TSB credit card dues online via the bank’s Internet Banking facility. For this, you need to first register yourself, which can be done through any of the three ways:

  • Over the telephone. You can call 0845 3000 116 to register.
  • At any Lloyds TSB branch.
  • Via the Internet.

Lloyds TSB Credit Card Payment Online: Steps

Steps to pay TSB credit card dues online are:

  • Go to http://www.lloydstsb.com/personal.asp.
  • Click the “Personal Log on” button in the Internet Banking box.
  • Type your user ID and password and click the Continue button.
  • Enter letters from your memorable information and click the Continue button.
  • To set up a new recipient, click the “Transfers & Payments” option from the Options dropdown menu.
  • Click the Go button.
  • In this screen, you can choose to make either a transfer or a payment. To make a payment, click the Add button.
  • Click the “Pay another person” link. However, you would need to click the “Pay a bill” link if the recipient is already registered with the service.
  • You need to enter recipient details, such as name, sort code and account number. Enter the TSB credit card details.
  • On this page, you can choose to either register the recipient or register and pay the recipient. Click the “Add the recipient” button.
  • Verify the recipient’s details and click the radio button to specify the best number where you can be reached instantaneously. The bank will call within the next 30 seconds to confirm whether the instruction has come from you.
  • Click the “Call me now” button.
  • When you receive the call, type the confirmation code displayed on the screen on the telephone keypad. The new recipient has been set up.
  • To pay the credit card bill, click the “Bill manager” option from the “Options” dropdown menu in the Accounts Overview page.
  • Click the Go button.
  • If you are using the Bill manager for the first time, you need to register for the service. Type your email address to register.
  • Click the Company dropdown menu and select TSB credit card.
  • Specify the billing account details, area reference and your email address. Then click the Continue button.
  • The page displays all the registered bills. You can make part or full payments for all the bills. Click the TSB credit card link in the Company list to pay the dues.
  • The page displays the payments till now and the total dues. Click the “Make a payment” button.
  • Choose the account from which you are paying the bill.
  • Click the Continue button.
