Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Investment Incentives

     

    • Sales tax deferment, upto 10 years, of 100% (Area 1), 75% (Area 2), and 50% (Area 3) of fixed capital

    • Sales tax exemption, upto 5 years of 100% of fixed capital, or Rs 35 lakh, for tiny and small-scale sector

    • Sales tax deferment for projects with 25% increase in fixed capital investment or installed capacity

    • 25% rebate on power tariff for 3 years, upto 50 lakh (large-and medium-scale) and Rs 30 lakh (SSI)

    • 20% subsidy for thrust-sector industries and captive power plants of 1,500 kva/kw capacity

    • Special incentives for new small-scale units set up by Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe entrepreneurs

    • Margin money assistance for reeling units (upto 50% of equity) and twisting units (upto 40% of equity)

    • Special agricultural and industrial incentives for developing sericulture projects and processing units

    • Investment subsidies on par with industrial sector for seed production units in sericulture sector

    • Interest subsidy of 6%, upto Rs 1 lakh, for 5 years for all projects

    • 25% subsidy, upto Rs 50 lakh, for 3 years on electricity bills
