There are a number of places that you can go online to initiate a US Mortgage Quote Application process.

Essentially, this means that you can apply online for a US Mortgage quote. The process involves you providing information about the property you wish to buy or refinance, and your financial status.

An online quote process will usually give you a non-binding idea of whether you will quality for a mortgage, and if so what would be your loan conditions, interest rate, repayment period, and any other Terms & Conditions.

We say that it is 'non-binding' because the quote is not a confirmation that you will get a mortgage on those terms.

You will still have to submit all your documentation, which will be reviewed by the mortgage provider. Only then will you know whether you are actually going to get the financing provided.

Still, if you have a good credit history, then the quote is likely to turn into an actual offer of a mortgage.
