  • Managing workflows within assigned markets to enable excellent servicing levels, responsiveness and accessibility.
  • Serve as client's primary source of credit-related information.
  • Negotiating and resolving program and product policy exceptions regarding residuals, pricing and documentation issues.

  • Maximizing finance, insurance and profits.
  • Maximizing front gross.
