Initiatives taken by Electrical and mechanical Services Department are mainly in the fields of energy management, benchmarking, exploration of energy efficient technologies, and energy efficient labeling scheme. The success story of the department will ensure a greener future for not only to Hong Kong but also over the globe.sian Development Bank on Promoting Energy Efficiency:The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has also stepped forward with a number of projects for promoting energy efficiency in pacific region.
