This in a way helps in maintaining the political balance on international levels. Political Globalization also guarantees the rights rising out of Economic and Social Globalization. Political Globalization has indeed a vital role to play, as far as inter-state and inter-continental political relationships are concerned. However, in present times, Globalization of world politics helps in maintaining a sound and strong relationship among nations, leading to the preservation of political and social balances on a worldwide basis.
Under Globalization, politics can happen above the state, through political integration schemes made by different international organizations like the European Union, International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Political activities may also surpass the national borders through worldwide movements of the NGOs. The civil society institutions also act internationally, through the formation of alliances with overseas organizations in other countries. Their sole motto is direct lobbying of the international organizations and other performers for political welfare, who function through their national governments.
