Tourism and transportation is the primary economic activity for Virgin Islands. The industrial manufacturing sector consists of oil and gas refining, rum distilling, textiles, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and watch assembly. Amongst the world's largest oil and gas refineries is at Saint Croix. The agricultural, agrarian, fisheries and farming sector is small, with most food stuffs being imported. International business and financial services are small but expanding components of its economy.
