Launched in 1998, Egg Banking is the world’s largest internet bank. With headquarters in Derby and London, England, Egg specializes in savings, credit cards, and loans. It is only possible to operate an Egg account over the internet or via their call center. To be eligible for an Egg Bank account, applicants must be 16 or older, be permanent residents of the UK, have established 2 years of residence at the most recent address, have access to the internet, have a valid email address through which contact can be made, and hold a UK bank account.

To reach Egg Credit Card Customer Service, phone numbers and support information can be found by navigating the Bank’s website at http://new.egg.com/ . Following the “Contact Us” link or the “Customer Services” link at the top of the main page will offer several different alternatives for communicating with Egg bank regarding customer inquiries and requests.

For assistance with general questions or assistance using the Egg website, customers can browse the online help section which offers answers to common problems.

Egg Bank can also be reached by telephone through several UK numbers grouped by department and services provided. Inquiries regarding the Egg Card should be made to 08451 233 233, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Lost credit cards should be reported to 08451 233 233, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are two different methods for emailing Egg Bank. Customers who hold an Egg account can send secure messages by logging in to “Your Accounts” then selecting the option to “View your messages or send us a message”, this can be found on the “Your Money” page. Those who do not have an existing Egg Bank account can make a general inquiry by following the links on the “Contact Us” page, which returns an email form that can be completed in order to receive a response from Egg Bank. It is necessary to complete the required fields with accurate identification and contact information in order for Egg Bank’s reply to be properly routed.

In addition, Egg Bank has several postal addresses through which individuals can make contact with customer service representatives regarding specific needs. In order to send correspondence to Egg Bank, it is necessary to route the message to the appropriate department as well as including a return address or contact information within the document in order for Egg Bank representatives to properly route their response. To send a letter to Egg Card Services, card holders should address their correspondence to Egg Card Services, Riverside Road, Pride Park, Derby DE99 3GG.
