The Sears Canada credit card online account is managed by Citigroup. Hence, for accessing your online account, you will have to first register with Citibank.

Sears Canada Credit Card Payment Online: Registration Process

A user ID is essential for accessing your Sears Canada online account. If you are a first time user, follow these steps for enrollment:

  • Log on to https://www.citibank.com/us/cards/srs/ and click on the ‘register’ icon.
  • Furnish your Sears Canada credit card information, including credit card number, social security number, three-digit security code, email ID and correspondence details. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the next step of verification.
  • To make online payments, you will have to enter your banking details in the requisite boxes. This includes the checking account number and the bank routing number. These are typically mentioned at the bottom of your checks.
  • Once you have successfully entered the relevant information, you will have to create a unique username and password for logging in. You will also be asked to enter security questions, which helps to access the online account in case you forget your password. Click on ‘Finish’ to complete the registration process and activate your online account.

Sears Canada Credit Card Payment Online: Steps

To make online payments using your Sears Canada credit card:

  • Return to the Citibank-Sears homepage and enter your user ID and password in the login box on the top-left of the screen. Click ‘Sign On’ to access your online account.
  • Click on the ‘Make a Payment’ icon, which can be found above the navigation bar. The new window will display your minimum payment amount and your current balance. Enter your requisite payment amount. Then select your checking account from the dropdown box. Finally, enter your desired payment date and click ‘Continue.’
  • Carefully review your payment information before clicking on the ‘Make a Payment’ link.
  • Once you have successfully advanced the payment, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your transaction.
