The four payment channels are:
· Drop off payment: Consumers can make payments at any Bank of America banking center. They can drop checks or make cash payments at the desk.
· Pay by phone: Consumers wishing to make payments over the phone need to call 1-800-236-6497. There is a $15 fee for consumers paying through a third party bank account
· Online: Consumers can pay for any transactions online. They can also pay for their credit card bills online. Registering would be the first step to making payments online. Once logged in, they can go to the Bill Pay tab and fund payments from their Bank of America accounts or any other bank accounts. For paying towards the BoA credit card, go to the Transfer tab and transfer funds from the BoA checking account to the cards account.
· Mail payment: This is probably the slowest mode of payment. However, customers can mail their payments to Bank of America. The three addresses they need to know are:
o For up-to-date payments: Bank of America, P.O. Box 15019, Wilmington, DE 19850-5019
o For late payments: Bank of America, P.O. Box 15137, Wilmington, DE 19850–5137
o For overnight delivery: Bank of America, Attn: Payment Processing, 1000 Samoset Drive, Wilmington, DE 19884–2332
o Business card payments: Bank of America Business Card, P.O. Box 15710, Wilmington, DE 19886–5710
Consumers can login to access the complete summary of their credit account. A card holder can access/perform the following information/tasks online:
· Review balance, available credit and information on when the next payment is due.
· Request for detailed transaction information for up to 12 months.
· Download transactions and statements in different formats along with financial management software.
· Contact customer service.
