Indian Economy has welcomed the budget presented by the Finance Minister today. The budgetary provisions in this year budget is expected to bring a tremendous success particularly in the social sector development as well as in the agriculture sector.

Views of Some Experts on India Budget 2007-08 is as follows:

Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister India: India's Prime Minister has defined the budget for 2007-08 as anti-inflationary and economic growth friendly.

Shri Murli Deora, the Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas has viewed the Budget 2007-08 is well balanced as has focused more on common peoples.

Habil Khorakiwala, President, FICCI has complimented the budget 2007-08 for Government steps on Social Sector Development. On the other hand he expressed his disappointment over tax proposals on corporate India.

CII President, The CII President has viewed this budget as an inclusive budget
