About Pulaski Bank
Pulaski Bank began operations in 1956, under the name of Pulaski Heights Bank, to meet the financial requirements of Heights (Arkansas) residents and merchants. Owned by local landlords, the bank received state charter confirmation. In 1978, the bank changed its name to Pulaski Bank and Trust Company. Over the years, Pulaski Bank opened several branches across Arkansas to serve its wide customer base. The bank also expanded services to Texas, Alabama and Tennessee.
In 2007, IBERIABANK Corporation acquired the group, following a financial turmoil. However, the bank continued to do business under its original name. In 2009, the name was finally changed to IBERIABANK fsb.
