Apart from the general functions, the bank also regulates the foreign exchanges in the country, and issues notes, bonds and financial assets.

The Board of Governors regulates the central bank of the country. The Board of Governors consists of a Governor, Deputy Governor and eight other directors,which are experts in their respective fields. The board takes care of the financial activities of the bank.
