However, making the David Jones card payment online is the most convenient and safe alternative to clear your credit card dues.

 

David Jones Card Payment Online: Procedure

Online payment for a David Jones card can be made by setting up direct debit. For this, you need to:

·        Log on to davidjones.com.au and click on the ‘Login Securely’ link in the ‘David Jones American Express Online Access’ menu on the left side of the screen.

·        In the new page furnish your user ID and password and click on the ‘Log In Securely’ icon. If you are a new user, select ‘Register Now’.

·        To enroll in the online service, you will be required to create a unique ID and furnish a password.

·        For card registration, you will have to provide the four digit number printed on the card above the account number and the 15 digit David Jones American Express number.

·        Once you have successfully completed the registration, go back to the login page and click on ‘Direct Debit.’ To set up automatic payments, you will need to complete a form by nominating a checking account and furnishing the requisite details, such as the bank name and the bank account number. Keep in mind that to enroll a joint account in the direct debit program, you will have to contact David Jones’ customer services.

David Jones Card Payment Online: BPAY Service

BPAY is a bill payment service that can be setup online as well as over the phone. It enables you to schedule single or multiple payments towards your David Jones credit card. The registration for BPAY is simple and straight forward. You are only required to furnish your savings or checking account details and the David Jones credit card unique biller number. However, keep in mind that a payment made through BPAY takes two to three days to be credited to the David Jones account.

Making the David Jones card payment onlineis a better option, since payments through a post office or an Amex office involve additional processing charges. Moreover, cash payments are restricted to AUD$6,500.
