Coles Source Card Payment Online

The Coles Source card online payment is a convenient as well as secure way of clearing credit card dues. In addition, Coles Sources’ Online Service Center helps to check the account balance, view the transaction history and track reward points earned on the card around-the-clock.

Coles Source Card Payment Online: Procedure

The steps involved in setting up online payment on a Coles Source card are:

Log on to source.com.au and select credit cards from the main menu at the top.
Select ‘Manage your Account’ from the menu on the left side of the screen in the new page. Choose ‘Payments’ from the drop-down menu.

Click on the ‘Direct Debit Request Form’ link on the top-right of the screen in the new page. A pdf form will be presented to you, which should be printed, duly filled and mailed to the address given at the bottom of the form.

On this form you are required to:
  • Furnish the Coles Source card account number.
  • Tick your preferred payment option, which can be the minimum payment shown on the account statement, closing balance shown on the statement or a specific fixed amount. For making a fixed payment, fill the requisite amount, which must be at least $10.
  • Provide the details of the checking account that will be debited, including name, address, account number and branch number.
Finally, sign and date the form to authorize the terms and conditions.

Coles Source Card Payment Online: Considerations

While setting up and using direct debit, one must keep the following considerations in mind:

  • Individuals must also confirm with the financial institution before advancing a direct debit, since a direct debit facility is not permitted on all accounts.
  • An error in account debiting must be notified to the issuer immediately with the relevant documents. If the error is justified on investigation, the issuer will adjust the account accordingly, including any interest or charges, either through direct account credit or with a refund check.
  • While setting up direct debit on the Coles Source card, one must ensure that there are sufficient funds in the account to meet the obligation. In case the funds fall short, an individual may have to incur additional expenses in the form of fees and/or interest charged by the credit card issuer as well as the financial institution that debits the funds.

Besides Coles Source card online payment, a cardholder can also make payments by mailing a check or money order to the issuer. One can also make payments over the counter at Target and Kmart stores.
