The Alternative Energy Innovations 2008 is supposed to be organized by Dow Jones VentureWire. This event is meant to be attended by some of the leading names in the world of the market for alternative energy. The main topic of discussion in the Alternative Energy Innovations 2008 would be the various chances for investment that are available in the alternative energy market. The various technologies that are supposed to take a principal role in the future of the alternative energy industry would be discussed as well.

The dates for the Alternative Energy Innovations 2008 are 21st October, 2008 and 22nd October 2008. The event would start off on its first day at 7:15 am with a registration and networking breakfast. At 8 am there would be welcoming remarks and at 8:20 am there would be an opening panel, which would focus on the cleantech and alternative energy companies. At 6 pm there would be the Wall Street Journal Technology Innovations Awards Ceremony and Dinner.


On the last day the event would start at 7:30 am with the registration and networking breakfast and the welcome and introduction would be at 8:20 am. The opening panel at 8:30 am would be on the possible substitutes of Ethanol as an alternative fuel. There would be a keynote interview at 9:20 am and a networking break at 9:50 am. At 10:15 there would be a keynote interview as well and it would be followed by presentations by several companies at 10:55 am. The keynote interview along with the lunch would be at 1:05 pm followed by presentations of companies at 2:40 am. There would be a panel discussion by investment experts at 4:45 pm and the conference would end at 5:25 pm.
